Brent fell for a second day, reducing its premium over WTI futures as the euro slid against the dollar.

Bunker Market:

LS market remains tight for Antwerp and Rotterdam. Prices remain firm on strong demand and shortage of product. Doubtful whether situation will improve during December due to lack of blending components. LS indication for Antwerp is 640.
