The Bunker Index 180 CST (BIX 180) - the worldwide daily 180 centistoke (cSt) average quoted in US$ per metric tonne - declined by $6.91 per tonne, or 1.8 percent, during the seven-day period between July 10 and July 17, according to Bunker Index price data.

The global 180 cSt price was $382.36 per tonne on July 17 compared to $389.27 per tonne on July 10.

It is the fifth weekly decline in a row and the eighth in the last nine weeks. It is also the lowest end-of-week figure in 24 weeks - since January 30.
