Trumf Bunker appoints new managing director

Management change at United Shipping and Trading Company as Kenni Goldenbeck moves from Dan-Bunkering to Trumf Bunker.

A/S Trumf Bunker has announced the appointment of Kenni Goldenbeck [pictured] as managing director.

Goldenbeck, who is 35 years of age, was previously employed as managing director of Dan-Bunkering (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. Both Dan-Bunkering and Trumf Bunker form part of the group United Shipping and Trading Company Ltd. in addition to A/S Global Risk Management, Uni-Chartering A/S and Uni-Tankers A/S. Goldenbeck's appointment is therefore essentially a move from another company within the same group.

Goldenbeck had been managing director at Dan-Bunkering's Singapore office since its launch in May 2009. "He was responsible for establishing the office himself, building it up and developing it on an ongoing basis," Trumf Bunker said in an emailed statement.

"There is no doubt that Kenni, with his solid managerial experience and his international background, will be an asset in the development and expansion of A/S Trumf Bunker’s activities globally," the company added.

Goldenbeck's appointment comes in the same week as Trumf Bunker's previous managing director, Henrik Krøjgård Ladekjær, was named Group Project Manager at Dan-Bunkering's office in Middelfart, Denmark.

Trumf Bunker moved office from the town of Vejle to Middelfart in August 2013. The company is now located in the same fully-owned office building as Uni-Chartering A/S and Uni-Tankers A/S and in the same town as the head office of Dan-Bunkering.
