New Sea Generation (NSG) is recruiting experienced bunker traders with a proven track record and an active client portfolio.
The Italy-headquartered marine fuel trading company is advertising for candidates at both trader and senior trader level, with the roles based at its Glyfada office.
Fluency in both English and Greek is listed as a requirement, alongside a commercial and results-driven mindset and the capacity to manage clients and trading activity independently.
NSG sets out a series of values it says underpin its working culture, including commitment, ownership, teamwork, flexibility and a customer-first approach. The company notes that it is seeking candidates who want to "build something, take ownership and grow together with the company", adding: "If you are simply looking for another trading desk, this may not be the right opportunity."
In terms of compensation and progression, NSG states that it is offering performance-based growth, the opportunity to acquire equity in the company, and a potential path to a partner-level position. Direct involvement in the firm's international expansion is also cited as part of the proposition.
Interested candidates are directed to contact NSG via management@newseageneration.it. Applications can be made by clicking here.
