Jesper Sorensen is described as being a 'strong contributor' to the company's growth during his 10 years at KPI Bridge Oil.

KPI Bridge Oil has announced that it has promoted Jesper Sorensen [pictured] to sales manager at its Singapore office.

In a statement, the company said: "Jesper has been with the company for 10 years, working at the group's London and Singapore offices as Senior Bunker Trader and Team Leader. Jesper has a further 6 years experience from reputable bunker trading firms based in Europe and Asia prior to joining KPI Bridge Oil as well as an International Business degree."

Mark Emmett, managing director of KPI Bridge Oil Singapore commented: "Jesper has been a strong contributor to the company's growth and strength over the years and is the natural choice for the Sales Manager position with his vast experience in the company and industry. We are therefore extremely pleased to honor his loyalty to the company over the past 10 years with this promotion and I am confident that Jesper will further strengthen the Singapore office's position and capacity going forward."

Emmett added: "In order to continue the growth necessary to meet the increasing demand from our esteemed clients, KPI Bridge Oil Singapore is looking for qualified staff with bunker trading experience to join our young and dynamic team.
