Global Vision Bunkers hires bunker manager


Experienced bunker professional heads Global Vision's Singapore office.



Global Vision Bunkers B.V. has announced the appointment of Sean Yee-Chew Gwee [pictured] as manager of its Singapore office.

Gwee has several years' experience in the bunker industry. Prior to joining Global Vision Bunkers he worked as Senior Manager at Bilsea Group (Bilsea Tankers P/L, Seabridge Bunkering P/L) between June 2012 and August 2013. He was also employed as General Manager, Sales & Trading at Brilliance Marine P/L between June 2011 and December 2011.

Gwee spent three years working as Fuel Oil Programmer & Operator at Seven Seas Oil Trading Pte. Ltd., Singapore, between 2005 and 2008 before moving to Seven Seas Oil Hong Kong Ltd., where he was employed as manager for two years.

Gwee's first position in the marine fuels industry was at Ignition Point Pte. Ltd., where he worked as Fuel & Gas Oil Programmer/Operator between May 2003 and December 2005.

"Sean joins us, having a considerable knowledge and experience in trading, having also been involved in operations and physical supply both in Singapore and Hong Kong," Global Vision Bunkers said in an emailed statement.
