Oil rose to its highest level in 3 months as exports from China accelerated and European Central Bank President said "a gradual recovery should start" in the region this year.

Even though crude is coming off, there is no keen selling at the moment. Some suppliers fully booked till 15th January. Congestion at loading installations in Antwerp and Rotterdam. Below numbers not applicable to prompt product.
