North American ECA FAQs


Frequently asked questions on the North American Emissions Control Area.



The US Coast Guard (USCG) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) have compiled a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) and associated responses on the North American Emissions Control Area (ECA).

Also included at the end of the document is a list of questions which are currently under review by the USCG/EPA. The USCG said it will update the FAQs on a monthly basis (or sooner).
