Baltic Oil to make name change announcement

Announcements regarding name change to Pan European Terminals plc and H1 results expected shortly.

Baltic Oil Terminals plc has confirmed that all resolutions put to yesterday's Annual General Meeting were duly passed.

A further announcement is expected to be made once the process for the company's name change to Pan European Terminals plc has been completed. The name change aims to reflect the UK-listed firm's strategy to expand its non-Russian assets.

Baltic Oil also said that it expects to announce its interim results for the six months ended 30th June 2012 on or around 1st September 2012.

In June, Baltic Oil reported that turnover in 2011 increased to GBP15.6 million (2010: GBP6.0 million), producing profits after taxation of GBP 4.7 million (2010: GBP2.4 million).
