Ventrin appoints manager, expands product range

Supplier announces the appointment of its new marketing manager and larger range of products.

Ventrin Petroleum Company Ltd. has announced the appointment of Anne Ghent as marketing manager in addition to the launch of a new delivery barge and the expansion of its product range.

Ghent has 20 years of experience in the industry and was previously employed as marketing executive for major state-owned oil company and rival bunker supplier Petroleum Company of Trinidad & Tobago Ltd. (Petrotrin).

Ventrin has also revealed the addition of a new barge, the Alice PG, from UK-based Pritchard-Gordon Tankers Ltd. (PG Tankers).

Commenting on its new extended product range, Ventrin said: "In addition to the regular high sulphur fuel oil, and to assist in reducing general vessel maintenance costs, we can now offer low sulphur, low vanadium, low metals fuel oil which will be readily available at all ports in Trinidad."
