UK: KPI Bridge Oil appoints trader


Bunker trader joins KPI Bridge Oil's London office.



KPI Bridge Oil has announced that it has appointed Miss Victoria Nektheden as bunker trader at its London office.

Nektheden, aged 27, is originally from Sweden but has lived in Dubai for the past 23 years. She has more than 4 years experience in the industry having worked for an international trader and physical supplier in the Middle East.

"Victoria has extensive knowledge of the region and excellent relationships with many leading international shipping companies and suppliers in both large and small supply locations throughout the region, " KPI Bridge Oil said in a statement.

Nektheden studied Psychology and Communications at Jacksonville University in Florida, while representing the University's golf team.

Commenting on the appointment, Jan Obel, CEO KPI Bridge Oil Group, said: "We are very pleased that Victoria has joined our group. Her in depth knowledge of the Middle East markets and especially the Arabian Gulf area will fortify our already strong Middle East supply desk which is run from our London office."
