IBIA 2011 Convention to be held in Barcelona

International Bunker Industry Association announces the venue location for next year's event.

The International Bunker Industry Association (IBIA) has announced that it will be hosting its annual convention next year in the Catalan city of Barcelona.

The venue location was announced at the close of this year's event in Stamford, Connecticut, which took place on September 21-23.
