Malik Supply A/S has announced the appointment of Mathias Krogsgård as its newest bunker trader, confirming that he joined the Danish company in September.
According to his LinkedIn profile, Krogsgård studied Export and Technology Management at the University College of Northern Denmark (UCN) and gained work experience via an internship at Danish online retailer PlusLED — which specialises in LED lighting, smart-home products and electrical supplies — and as Coordinator at Just Eat.
Krogsgård commented: "What attracted me to Malik was the company's diverse culture and its strong reputation. I find it exciting to work in an industry where the market is constantly moving and where both relationships and quick decisions play an important role. My ambition is to learn the industry inside and out, grow as a bunker trader and contribute to long-term partnerships across the market."
Malik Supply noted that, since joining the company, Krogsgård attended Bunker Experience 2026, an industry event that gave him the opportunity to gain further insight into the sector and connect with colleagues and peers from across the market.
"We're excited to have him on the team and look forward to seeing him develop in the years ahead," Malik said.
