Uni-Fuels seeks bunker traders for Piraeus office


Nasdaq-listed marine fuel provider advertises positions as part of expansion in Greek market.

Uni-Fuels is seeking to recruit bunker traders for its Piraeus office, according to a recent LinkedIn job posting.

The Singapore-headquartered marine fuel seller said the roles are part of its continued expansion in the Greek market as it builds out its commercial operations across key shipping hubs.

According to the company’s advertisement, the positions will involve managing marine fuel transactions end-to-end, identifying trading opportunities across varying market conditions, and supporting margin optimisation.

Candidates are also expected to provide market insight and adapt to changes in regulations, industry trends and pricing dynamics.

The company said it is looking for individuals with a proactive mindset and the ability to build and maintain client relationships across different markets and time zones.

Founded in 2021, Uni-Fuels provides marine fuel procurement services to shipping companies globally.
