GasLog Partners completes acquisition of tri-fuel tanker

LNG carrier GasLog Greece acquired from GasLog Ltd.

GasLog Partners LP (Gaslog Partners) has completed the acquisition from GasLog Ltd (GasLog) of 100 percent of the shares in the entity that owns and charters the vessel named GasLog Greece.

The GasLog Greece is a 174,000-cubic-metre (cbm), tri-fuel, diesel-electric, liquefied natural gas (LNG) carrier built in 2016 and operated by GasLog since delivery.

The Bermuda-flagged tanker is currently on a long-term time charter with a wholly owned subsidiary of Shell until March 2026. Shell also has the option to extend the charter for a further five years.

According to ship-tracking data, the vessel is currently on its way to Zhenjiang, China, having departed from the Australian port of Gladstone on May 1.
