The Bunker Index 380 CST (BIX 380) - the worldwide daily 380 centistoke (cSt) average quoted in US$ per metric tonne - rose by $1.98 per tonne, or 0.5 percent, during the seven-day period between May 8 and May 15, according to Bunker Index price data.

The global 380 cSt bunker price was $402.55 per tonne on May 15 compared to $400.57 per tonne on May 8. It is the sixth consecutive weekly increase and the highest end-of-week price of the year so far.
