Rotterdam 380 cSt average up $19 in April


April 380 cSt average rises by 6.4 percent to $316 per tonne.



The 380 centistoke (cSt) average at Europe's leading bunker port rose to its highest level of the year so far during the month of April, according to Bunker Index price data.

The Rotterdam 380 cSt average increased by $19 per tonne, or 6.4 percent, to $316 per tonne, up from $297 per tonne in March.

In comparison with the corresponding month in 2014, the April 2015 average is $263 lower. It is $268 below the $584-per-tonne price recorded in April 2013.
