Crude:

WTI declined from the highest price in 7 weeks on estimates that US crude inventories advanced from a record level last week.

Bunker Market:

Loading problems at installations. Especially in Antwerp there are delays of 3/4 days. Rotterdam also getting tighter. Some suppliers only quoting as from 24/25th. Prompt product more expensive and subject to barge avails. This concerns both grades fuel/gas oil, but fuel problem is the worst.
