Survey of shore-based operators in Singapore


Annual survey to be conducted by ML Research Consultants Pte. Ltd.



The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) has appointed ML Research Consultants Pte Ltd. to conduct the Annual Marine Services Survey (AMSS) 2012 of shore-based operators (shipping agents and marine terminal/operation managers) from 22 November 2012 to 2 January 2013.

The MPA said that the feedback received would assist in enhancing the services provided to ships and identify areas where these services could be further improved.

Shore-based operators will be informed about the survey via email. They will be requested to participate in the survey via the internet at the following website address: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/mpa_amss2012_operators

Feedback will be kept strictly confidential, the MPA said.
