Flex Commodities FZCO has appointed Euwyn Tan as Senior Marine Fuels Trader, based in Singapore, as the company looks to expand its presence across the Asian marine fuels market.

The Dubai-headquartered trading firm highlighted that Tan has a strong background in trading, procurement, commercial negotiations and developing relationships with shipowners and charterers across Asia and Europe. He has previously served as bunker trading manager at Propeller Fuels; bunker trader and purchaser at Raffles Bunkering; and ship broker at Maxmart Shipping.

Tan's new employer added: "We are delighted to have Euwyn on board and look forward to his contribution as we continue to grow our global trading business."

Flex Commodities is a marine fuels trading and cargo logistics business with staff based in Greece, South Korea, Singapore and UAE.
