Fujairah 380 cSt average drops 3.8% in November


Middle East port recorded its biggest drop since January last month.



The average price of 380 centistoke (cSt) intermediate fuel oil (IFO) at the Middle East's leading bunker port, Fujairah, fell in November from the previous month's 15-month high, according to Bunker Index price data.

The monthly 380 cSt average at the Middle East's leading bunker port was down $11, or 3.8 percent, to $277 per tonne, during a month that saw Fujairah's best-selling fuel grade record a $41 low-to-high price differential, with a range of $259 to $300 per tonne.

The $277-per-tonne average is the second-highest in 16 months - since July 2015. The $11 drop is the most significant since January.

The month ended with an assessment price of $286.00 per tonne - down $1.00, or 0.3 percent, compared to the last trading day of October.
