Singapore 380 cSt dips 2.1% in November


Singapore's best-selling bunker product also ended the month 2.7% higher than the last trading day of October.



The monthly 380 cSt average at the world's leading bunker port by volume sold, Singapore, fell for the first time since August in November, according to Bunker Index price data.

Singapore's 380 cSt average decreased by $6, or 2.1 percent, to $276 per tonne last month, down from $282 per tonne in October. Despite the dip, it is the second-highest monthly average since July 2015.

The month-on-month decrease is the most significant in 10 months - since the $19, or 10.6 percent, drop recorded in January.

November saw Singapore's best-selling fuel grade record a $35 low-to-high differential, with a price range of $260 to $295 per tonne. The lowest price of $260 per tonne was seen on 14th and 15th November, whilst the month's highest price of $295 per tonne was quoted on 23rd November.

The month ended with an assessment price of $290.50 per tonne, up $7.50, or 2.7 percent, on the $283.00-per-tonne figure recorded on the last trading day of October.
