New Times Shipbuilding held a closing ceremony on 11 September for its 22nd 8,400-TEU LNG dual-fuel container vessel, with the ship — bearing the builder's hull number 0208122 — formally handed over to owner Eastern Pacific Shipping (EPS).

The ceremony took place on the 8th floor of the New Times Office Building at the yard's facility and was attended by the company's executive deputy general manager, Zhang Yuyong, and the owner's representative, Ni Jie.

The event follows a closing ceremony held earlier this month for handover of the 21st vessel in the same series — assigned hull number 0208121 — to EPS.

Eastern Pacific Shipping (EPS) is a Singapore-headquartered shipowner and ship-management company that operates and manages a large, diversified international fleet in the containership, dry-bulk, gas-carrier and tanker sectors.
