Auramarine, a Finland-based designer and supplier of marine fuel supply systems, has opened a recruitment process for a quality specialist to be based at its office in Littoinen, southwest Finland.

The role, which is full-time, will sit within Auramarine’s Finnish organisation and report directly to the company’s Group Quality Director, who is based in China.

Auramarine notes that the Finnish arm of the business encompasses engineering, product development, sales and business support functions, while manufacturing operations are carried out in China. A stated objective of the position will be the harmonisation of quality management systems across Auramarine’s European and Asian entities into a single unified standard and operating model — a process the company says is expected to unfold over the coming years.

The appointed candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing the company’s ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems, coordinating internal audits, handling customer complaints — particularly those involving European customers and suppliers — and monitoring corrective and preventive actions. The role also includes providing quality-related training and guidance to staff across the organisation.

Applicants should hold a university degree in engineering or a relevant technical field, along with prior experience in quality management, process development or continuous improvement. Familiarity with ISO 9001 requirements is listed as essential, while knowledge of ISO 14001 is described as an advantage. Fluency in both Finnish and English is required.

Additional skills cited in the posting include knowledge of artificial intelligence tools for process optimisation and an IATF 16949 internal auditor certificate.
