Nasdaq-listed Uni-Fuels, a marine fuel business founded in 2021, is looking to hire a bunker trader based in Singapore, according to a job posting published on 29 May.
The role sits within the company's trading team, with responsibilities spanning end-to-end marine fuel transactions, margin optimisation and the delivery of market insights. The successful candidate will also be expected to monitor evolving market regulations and industry trends.
A preference for candidates with a commercial mindset, relationship-building skills and adaptability to changing market conditions is outlined in the posting.
The company also highlights its focus on employee wellbeing, professional development and company culture as differentiating factors for prospective applicants.
Uni-Fuels is a bunker trader and broker that operates across a number of locations, with offices in Dubai, Limassol, Seoul, Shanghai, Singapore, and its most recent addition, Bangkok, opened in February 2026.
In recent months, the company has been advertising positions for new offices in London, Piraeus and Houston.
As previously reported, Uni-Fuels posted a $1.8m loss in 2025. This was despite a sales volume increase of 112% to more than 535,000 tonnes and a 70% jump in revenue to $263.9m.
