Uni-Fuels Holdings Limited has expanded its regional footprint with the establishment of a new office in Thailand, strengthening its operations across Southeast Asia.
The company has incorporated Uni-Fuels (Thailand) Co., Ltd. in Bangkok, following the opening of offices in Dubai, Shanghai and Limassol during 2025 as part of its wider international growth strategy.
Uni-Fuels said the Bangkok operation will enhance service levels across the region by improving operational performance, supply reliability and customer responsiveness, while reinforcing local delivery capabilities along key Southeast Asian trading routes.
As part of the expansion, the company has appointed Poomin Vichitchaisilp as managing director of Uni-Fuels Thailand. He brings more than 15 years of experience in the marine fuels and chemicals sector and will oversee business development and day-to-day operations in the country.
“We are excited to expand Uni-Fuels’ footprint in Thailand, bringing our global expertise closer to customers and partners in the region,” Vichitchaisilp said. “Our focus will be on delivering reliable, compliant marine fuel solutions while solidifying local supply capabilities in Thailand and robust operations across global shipping hubs.”
Alan Tan, senior vice president of commercial at Uni-Fuels, said: “The opening of our Bangkok office represents a pivotal milestone in Uni-Fuels’ global expansion. This strategic move bolsters our regional capabilities, optimises operational efficiency, and positions the company to capitalise on growth opportunities across Southeast Asia, driving long-term value for our stakeholders.”
Founded in 2021, Uni-Fuels is a Singapore-headquartered bunker trader and broker with offices also in Dubai, Limassol, Seoul, and Shangai.
