Sing Fuels appoints finance and operations director


Krish Srinivasan will head the firm's global finance and operations team from Singapore.

Sing Fuels has announced the appointment of Krishnamachari (Krish) Srinivasan as Director, Finance and Operations.

Srinivasan - who will head Sing Fuels' finance and operations team globally from the firm's Singapore office - is a qualified chartered accountant with more than three-and-a-half decades of work experience in India, Middle East and Singapore.

During his career, Srinivasan has held financial controller, CFO and Vice President - Finance positions at multinationals in a number of industries, including Director (Finance) for Hewlett Packard in Singapore and Malaysia; Vice President - Finance for Bilcare Singapore Pte Ltd; financial controller and CFO at Stahl Asia Pacific Pte Ltd; and financial controller at Hackbridge Hewittic & Easun Ltd.

The new finance and operations director is said to have led several business turnaround initiatives and been actively involved in merger and acquisition projects.

Srinivasan's experience covers the handling of treasury, corporate and tax planning and transfer pricing.

His specialization also includes process reviews, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), working capital management, management information system (MIS) reporting and mergers and acquisitions (M&As).

Over the last three years, Srinivasan has been providing CFO services to small and mid-size enterprises (SMEs) across industries in Singapore.

He has also authored the books 'Working Capital Management' and 'A Controllers Handbook' to help aspiring finance controllers.
