Bunker Index NWE 380 CST (BIX NWE 380 CST) is the Average Bunker Price (ABP) for 380-centistoke (cst) in North West Europe (NWE) based on individual port prices published on the Bunker Index website, excluding 380-cst low sulphur - max. 1.5% & 1.0% sulphur). The BIX NWE 380 CST is calculated by adding each individual daily port assessment price and dividing by the number of prices.
Ports:
Marine fuel prices for the following ports in North West Europe are used to calculate the BIX NWE 380 CST: Antwerp, Copenhagen, Falmouth, Gdansk, Gothenburg, Great Belt, Hamburg, Kaliningrad, Klaipeda, Riga, Rotterdam, St. Petersrburg and Tallinn.
Fuel Grades:
The BIX NWE 380 CST is calculated using prices for the following fuel grades:
-ISO 8217:2005(E) RMG 380 - max. 4.5% sulphur
(excluding 380-centistoke (cst) low sulphur - max. 1.5% & 1.0% sulphur)
Delivery Size:
Individual 380-cst port prices are calculated based on an average delivery size of 500 metric tonnes.
