Trader leaves Singapore bunker firm

Bunker supply firm Searights Maritime Services Pte. Ltd. has revealed that bunker trader Nicole Lee Tian Yin has left the company.

Speaking to Bunker Index, a member of the sales team confirmed yesterday that Lee Tian Yin was no longer working for the Singapore-based firm. She had been dealing with customer bunker enquiries up until Friday 23 November prior to her departure. The reason for her departure was not disclosed.

As regards Lee Tian Yin's next career move, it is unclear whether she will continue to work within the bunker industry.

Searights is a leading supplier in Singapore. According to data released by the Maritime and Port Authority (MPA) earlier this year, Searights was the eleventh-largest supplier at the world's leading bunker port in 2011 having been the tenth-biggest supplier in 2010.
