Singapore's onshore stocks of residues rose for the second consecutive week during the seven days up to Wednesday, November 14, according to data released by International Enterprise (IE) Singapore - an agency operating under the Ministry of Trade and Industry.

Stockpiles of residues, a category which includes fuel oil and low-sulphur waxy residue and excludes bitumen, increased by approximately 0.3 million barrels, or 1.4 percent, to 21.2 million barrels, up from 20.9 million barrels the previous week.

It is the highest inventory level since the week ended October 24 and the second-highest since August 7.
