Bomin adds supply locations in Spain

Supplier extends its supply operation to the ports of Alicante and Castellón.

Bomin Group has announced that it has extended its Spanish supply operation to the ports of Alicante and Castellon.

In July 2011, Bomin started a shore-based physical supply operation in Valencia and holds a license for supplies inside the port and at anchorage. The supply ex-pipeline to tankers operating at the TEPSA Terminal in Valencia is also possible.

Bunker deliveries in Valencia and Sagunto are carried out by barge with product loaded from independent tank facilities inside the port of Valencia, for which Bomin has signed a long term storage agreement with TEPSA. Bomin is able to supply both RMG 380 and Gasoil DMA 0.1% fuel grades.

The barge has a capacity of up to 2,700 tonnes of IFO 380 cSt and approximately 350 tonnes of gasoil. The pumping capacities are up to 800 cubic metres per hour (cbm/hr) of fuel oil and approx. 100 cbm/hr of gasoil. For safety reasons supplies in Sagunto can be arranged for a maximum of 1,900 metric tonnes of fuel oil and 230 metric tonnes of gasoil.

Since August 2012, in addition to Valencia, Sagunto and Gandia, Bomin also supplies Gasoil DMA 0.1 by truck in the port of Castellon, which is located 75 km to the north of Valencia and Alicante, two hours south of Valencia.

Please direct all enquiries for marine fuels in Alicante, Castellon, Gandia, Sagunto and Valencia to the Bominflot office in Madrid or to any of the group's other offices.
