Middle distillates rise to 4-week high in Singapore


Inventory levels of middle distillates increase by 7.3 percent at Asia's leading oil trading hub.



Singapore's onshore stockpiles of middle distillates increased for the third week in succession during the seven days up to Wednesday 16th May, according to data released by International Enterprise (IE) Singapore.

Stocks of middle distillates, a category which includes products such as gasoil and kerosene, rose by 0.730 million barrels, or 7.3 percent, to 10.740 million barrels, up from 10.010 million barrels during the previous 7 days. It is the highest inventory figure since reaching 10.817 million barrels during the seven days up to 18th February 2012.
