Singapore's onshore stocks of residues fell to their lowest level in four weeks in the seven days up to Wednesday 16th May, according to data released by International Enterprise (IE) Singapore - an agency operating under the Ministry of Trade and Industry.

Stockpiles of residues, a category which includes fuel oil and low-sulphur waxy residue and excludes bitumen, decreased by 1.5 million barrels to 18.371 million barrels, down from 19.871 million barrels the previous week.
