Lintec named 'Supplier of the Year'

Testing agency is named best supplier by purchasing association.

Leading fuel testing agency Lintec Testing Services has been awarded “Supplier of the year 2009” by members of Incentra a/l.

Founded in 1967, Incentra a/l is a Non-Profit Marine Purchasing Association, primarily for Norwegian ship owners.

The society was formed to achieve a corporate effect and purchasing power by joining up the members’ forces to secure the society the best possible terms and conditions.

"The society is selective in choosing product areas and suppliers, and each framework agreement is a result of thorough market research and evaluation of each supplier`s ability to comply with the quality standards required by the members," LIntec said.

Geoff Jones, Lintec’s General Manager commented: “To be the supplier with the highest score in the Incentra supplier evaluation is something we are very proud of.

"It is very rewarding to see the high level of service we give being recognised by Incentra members, the people who see at first hand how well our service operates.”

Lintec Testing Services is one of the world’s leading fuel testing services. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of ITS Testing Services (UK) Ltd and has a global network with laboratories in the UK, Rotterdam, Singapore and Shanghai, providing a 24 hour global bunker fuel testing service.
