Brazil match prompts nomination request


Supplier asks customers to place enquiries in the morning due to World Cup match.

Brazilian bunker supplier Petroleo Brasileiro (Petrobras) S.A. has asked customers to place enquiries early on Tuesday, June 15th due to the country's football match in the FIFA World Cup.

In a statement, Petrobras requested that customers place their enquiries and nominations during the morning only, adding that contact with its traders during the second half of the business day would only be via blackberry.

Brazil's first match of the World Cup is against North Korea in Johannesburg. The match begins at 20:30 hours, local time, or 15:30 hours Brasilia time.
