Macoil deploys barge to Gulf of Suez


Bunker barge to service the ports of Suez, Adabiya and Ain Sukhna.



Greece-based Macoil International S.A. has announced that as from 15th of April its barge M/T Vemaoil XI has been deployed at the Gulf of Suez and will be servicing the ports of Suez, Adabiya and Ain Sukhna.

The 4,995 dwt double-hulled barge has a pumping rate of 800 metric tonnes per hour.

Built in 1991, M/T Vemaoil XI has an IFO capacity of 3,400 metric tonnes and gasoil capacity of 850 metric tonnes.

The barge has also been fully approved by the oil majors.
