Dan-Bunkering 'moves forward' in Russia

Leading bunker player is looking to increase business in Russia with a 'strong regional approach'.

Worldwide fuel supplier, Dan-Bunkering has said that it is looking to intensify business in Russia with a "strong regional approach" from its base in Kaliningrad, where the company's Russian office is located.

As an important player in Novorossiysk and Tuapse in the Black Sea market, Dan-Bunkering says its Kaliningrad office has been a leading company in the Russian market for several years. The office was established in 2006 and is currently looking to expand further in 2010, in order to meet increasing demand.

Dan-Bunkering Kaliningrad says it has strong links with Far East Russian ports, which the office aims to develop further. It also acts as physical supplier in the port of Kaliningrad.

“This position gives the client a first class service and they can without doubt leave their Russian deliveries in our hands, “said Managing Director Henrik Zederkof.

With strong ties with Russian suppliers, well-established links with Far East Russian ports and the capacity to act as physical supplier in Kaliningrad port, Dan-Bunkering says it has shown "strong potential" for the further expansion its current client portfolio.

According to Dan-Bunkering, as its Kaliningrad office continues to develop, its other local offices are also progressing well with further market expansion expected in the future.
