Aegean to present at New York Conference


Company President to give presentation at shipping event next week.



Aegean Marine Petroleum Network Inc. has announced that the company's President, E. Nikolas Tavlarios, is scheduled to present at the Jefferies 5th Annual Shipping, Logistics and Offshore Services Conference in New York on Tuesday, September 16, 2008 at 11:45 a.m. ET.

The presentation will be broadcast live over the Internet and can be accessed at http://www.wsw.com/webcast/jeff29/anw.

In addition, the accompanying slide presentation and webcast will be available in the Investor Relations section of Aegean's website at www.ampni.com.

Other companies scheduled to present at the conference hosted by Jefferies & Company, Inc., the principal operating subsidiary of Jefferies Group, include Ultrapetrol, General Maritime Corporation, Seaspan Corporation, Tidewater, Paragon Shipping Inc and Genco Shipping & Trading Ltd.

The conference will feature management from leading crude tanker, product tanker and dry bulk shipping companies, as well as leading gas carrier, chemical tanker, inland barge, container, logistics, and offshore services companies. The speakers will provide company and industry overviews during presentations to investors.
