Bunker firm expands Hong Kong trading team with new appointment.

OW Bunker, one of the world's largest suppliers and traders of marine fuel and lubricants, has today announced the appointment of Andrew Lee [pictured] as a Bunker Trader at its Hong Kong office.

Lee joins OW Bunker from Noble Chartering Ltd., where he worked as an Operations Executive. Prior to this, he worked as a Fleet Operations Officer for Anglo-Eastern Ship Management in Hong Kong and spent several years as a Global Supply Chain Logistics Manager with Ez-Flo International Inc. in Ontario, California.

In an emailed statement, OW Bunker said: "Mr. Lee has been appointed to support further growth in Hong Kong and Southern China, working primarily with the local shipping community to provide high quality bunker solutions to customers. Mr Lee, who has a Masters degree in International Shipping and Transport Logistics from Hong Kong Polytechnic University, brings a wealth of experience of working across the shipping and logistics industries both in Hong Kong and the United States."

Commenting on the appointment, Paul Bradshaw, Regional Manager, OW Bunker Asia, remarked: "I am very pleased to welcome Andrew to our rapidly growing team in Hong Kong. He brings with him great experience of working within ship management and chartering companies in Hong Kong, which has given him an inherent understanding of the challenges that shipping companies face. Andrew will work with our customers in the region to ensure that they have access to bunker solutions that are right for their business and that help them to effectively manage costs and increase operational efficiencies."
